Murder Trial Courts Changed

The trials of two men charged with murder in unrelated cases have been moved from one Hunt County District Court to another.  25 year old  Ricky Lee Trenton Overly of Campbell has pleaded not guilty to murder in connection with the death of  4-year-old Carson Rodriguez. 49 year old  Allen Thomas Sample of Campbell has been found incompetent to stand trial for murder in the death of  46 year old Tommy Joe Tubb of Dike. Their trial will be held in the 196th District Court, because the judge in the 354th District Court had been a prosecutor when both defendants were indicted.
