Prairiland ISD Superintendent Announces Retirement

The Paris News reports that Prairiland ISD Superintendent Jeff Ballard is retiring at the end of the school year. Ballard has been an educator for 37 years. He began his career as a teacher and coach with Detroit ISD in 1987 and started his stint at Prairiland in 1993.
