Shreveport Police have arrested an East Texas man who left his eight-year-old child in a car in a casino parking garage while he was inside gambling Tuesday night. Police and casino security tried for several hours to find the man but were unsuccessful and the child was turned over to CPS. The man was later found about 5:30 Wednesday morning walking around the garage looking for the child. Jakebrian Jones, 28, of Carthage, was arrested for child desertion.
