Accused NE Texas Child Killer Will Not Face Death Penalty

Bowie County prosecutors say a Northeast Texas teen charged with capital murder will not face execution if convicted on the charges. 18 year old Clifford James Gayton of Texarkana is accused of beating to death 2 year old Da’Corian Wright. He has pleaded not guilty.  Gayton  remains in jail under $2 million bond.
