Woman Arrested for Hot Checks in Hugo

  Hugo Police is alerting area residents after they arrested a woman they say passed bad checks. Officers arrested Tiffany Fritz, also known as Tiffany Hicks, for allegedly writing more than a thousand dollars of bogus checks. Investigators say she may have passed more.
