Buffalo Soldiers At Cooper Lake State Park

Cooper Lake State Park will host the Buffalo Soldiers Program at the South Sulphur Unit on Friday, April 29, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and presented by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department statewide reenactors.
