Capital Murder Suspect Found Hanging In Jail Dies

 

 

The suspect accused on two counts of capital murder who was found hanging in the Gregg County Jail last week died Saturday at a hospital in Longview. Officials had charged 55-year-old Tony Waters, of Kilgore, with fatally shooting 51-year-old Charlie Verdell and 17-year-old Daquan Munson. Waters ex-wife was seriously wounded in the incident.
