  Paris Man Arrested for Heroin

    A Paris man has been arrested for possession of  heroin, prescription medication and drug paraphernalia on the PJC campus.  27 year old Toree Simpson was found behaving strangely in a bathroom on the campus. It’s not known why Simpson was on PJC property.

  Boys and Girls Club Hugo Shuts Doors

    The Boys and Girls Club of Hugo officially shut its doors for the final time Friday night. The organization had been having financial struggles for more than a year.  Community leaders are hoping to find funding to re-open the center as a public recreational facility.
