Paris Man Arrested for Heroin

  A Paris man has been arrested for possession of  heroin, prescription medication and drug paraphernalia on the PJC campus.  27 year old Toree Simpson was found behaving strangely in a bathroom on the campus. It’s not known why Simpson was on PJC property.
