Authorties File More Charges On Paris Man

Kyle Butler Paris Police arrested Kyle Butler, 30, and added two more charges of sexual contact with a person under the age of 14. Officials charged Butler last July on one count, and now the total is three, all involving the same victim. Butler has bonded out of jail.
