Central Texas Deputy Arrested For Felony Theft

Texas Rangers arrested Milam County Jail Capt. Katrina Douglas for the alleged theft of more than $30,000 but less than $150,000. Rangers investigated Douglas for several months after a significant amount of money was found missing. She was arrested in Temple. She’s the third Milam County employee in the last two years to be connected with missing funds.
