Choctaw County Law Enforcement Seek Man Accused of Injuring Child

Choctaw County issued a warrant for Thomas Steven Nesmith, 43, of Hugo. Nesmith allegedly injured a child under the age of ten last month. It reportedly happened in the 700 block of North 3rd in Hugo. A family member noticed bruises and reported it to police.
