CHRISTUS – Sulphur Springs Medical Records/HIM Department Has Moved.

Effective Monday, August 5, the Medical Records/HIM department for CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Sulphur Springs will be temporarily relocated outside of the hospital at 1228 Church Street in Sulphur Springs. The office hours will remain the same, Monday- Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. For assistance locating the new building, you may call 903-439-4045.
