Clarksville Council Votes On Water Improvement Bond

At this week’s meeting, the Clarksville City Council voted to issue $3,463,000 in bonds to replace water meters, add water lines, and repaint the water tower. The rest of that project comes from a rural development grant or loan. The council hired Christopher A. Turner to conduct the annual audit of the city finances.
