Defense Attorney Resigns From East Capital Murder Case

A Northeast Texas capital murder trial that was to begin this week has been postponed because the defense attorney has resigned from the case. Clement Dunn, the attorney for 28 year old Deterryon Tyrell Kelley told Harrison County District Judge Brad Morin that he’s not competent to proceed with the trial because of medical reasons. Kelley is accused of murdering a toddler in June of 2014.
