East Texas Man Charged In Crash That Claimed Life Of Oklahoma Woman

An East Texas man, involved in a fatal crash over the weekend near White Oak, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter. Reportedly, 61-year-old Michael Dean Buenrostro, of Gregg County, allegedly crossed the center line of Hwy 42 and struck a vehicle driven by 61-year-old Kim Yvone Hayes of Wagoner, Oklahoma. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
