East Texas Murder Suspect Named To Most Wanted List

The Texas DPS has added an East Texas capital murder suspect to the Texas Ten Most Wanted Fugitives list. They also want 27-year-old Dekevian Beniot Scroggins of Tyler for evading arrest and detention and a parole violation. Scroggins is accused of fatally shooting 33-year-old Christopher Frank Eiglebiger during a robbery on May 13.
