An East Texas man has been indicted for multiple sex crimes against children. Benjamin Cole, 34, of Smith County, has been indicted on two counts of possession of child pornography, one count of online solicitation of a minor and unlawful possession of a firearm. He’s being held on $255,000 bond. The offenses allegedly occurred in August.
