ET Pedestrian Dies After Being Struck By Motorcycle, Car

A 59-year-old East Texas man was killed Wednesday morning while trying to cross a Longview street on foot. Terry Ray Decaro was walking across West Marshall Avenue  when he clipped a motorcycle and was then struck by a car. He died at the scene. The motorcycle was driven by 24 year old Kameron Boykins of Longview, and the car was driven by 71 year old Billy Don Watkins of Diana.
