Due to the Water and Sewer replacement in downtown Paris, the 2018 Festival of Pumpkins will take place at Bywaters Park, Saturday (Oct 27) from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm. It is going to be a great year of change and progress for downtown. Plans are in progress for a great event. Please help us spread the word. Thanks!
