Lamar County Genealogical Society

The Lamar County Genealogical Society will meet on Tuesday (Jan 15) at 7:00 pm. Please note that this is a temporary change from our regular meeting day. This change has been made to accommodate our speaker for this meeting, Gary L. Pinkerton.

Mr. Pinkerton will speak about his book titled, “Trammel’s Trace: The First Road to Texas from the North.” He will have books available for purchase at the end of the meeting.

Also, the meeting will distribute the Lamar County Genealogical Society’s annual publication.

You do not have to be a member to attend meetings of the Society so please come and bring a friend. The Lamar County Genealogical Society and Library is in the south entrance to the historic Santa Fe Depot, 1135 Bonham St., Paris, Texas.
