Beep, honk, and wave, it’s a spooktacular drive-thru trick or treats on Halloween (Oct 31) at Bywaters Park in Paris. It runs from 5:00 till 7:00 pm. Just follow the signs around the park! There will also be a drive-thru trick or treat at Quality Care ER 2675 41st street SE. that day from 2:00 pm till 8:00 pm.
