Walk and Talk! Walking is one of the least expensive and easiest ways to get fit. Start now, and reduce your risk of cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. This class will also include a discussion on nutrition topics. The cost is free, the class will meet thru Friday (Oct 25) on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.
