Fallin Predicts Special Session

Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin predicts the legislature will be called into special session if Oklahoma voters approve allowing the use of marijuana for medicinal purposes. She said that lawmakers would need to establish a legal framework for regulating the use of medical marijuana.
