The DPS has identified the man killed in a single-vehicle crash on September 21 on SH 34 near Fannin CR 3385. Reportedly, 39-year-old Shane Price Mackey of Wolfe City traveled westbound when his vehicle veered off the roadway and struck a tree. The investigation is ongoing, and no additional information is available.
