Fannin County jury Convicts Trenton Man of Sexual Abuse of Child

A Fannin County jury has convicted a Trenton man of continuous sexual abuse of a child. The sentencing phase of the trial of 40 year old Sergio Facundo is now underway. The victim in the case, who is now 11, testified that Facundo sexually assaulted him on three different occasions. Facundo was friends with the boy’s parents at work. He maintained his innocence throughout the trial.
