A Fannin County jury has convicted a Honey Grove man on all charges against him stemming from a home invasion robbery. Charles Wade Briggs had been charged with attempted murder and organized criminal activity. The victim Johnny Jones survived, but a bullet eliminated him from walking. Jones is being cared for at a nursing home. In addition, they sentenced Briggs’s son to 20 years for his role in the invasion.
