Fire Destroys Paris Apartment Complex

Nearly 120 people were left homeless after fire destroyed the Garden Apartments in Paris at the corner of Clarksville and Johnson Woods Drive across the street from the police station. The flames apparently started in an upstairs apartment at about 5:45 and quickly spread to the entire complex.  One woman was rescued from her apartment but no injuries were reported. The local Red Cross is assisting residents of the apartments and provided rehab to firefighters on the scene. The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
