Former East Texas Firefighter Dies Of Accidental Shooting

Marion County deputies are investigating an accidental shooting on Memorial Day that killed a former Marshall firefighter. Investigators say 43 year old Cass County resident Danny Duncan and relatives were boating in Little Cypress River when Duncan was shooting at a snake. He put the gun down and it went off, killing him.
