Funeral Service for slain Dallas Police Officer Rogelio Santander is 11:00 am Tuesday (May 01) in Rockwall at Lake Point Church. Officer Santander died after he was shot to death at a Dallas Home Depot last week. Officer Santander is an A&M-Commerce alum who lived in Rockwall County.
