An Upshur County man out on parole for an unrelated Camp County conviction, has pleaded guilty to possession with the intent to deliver more than 4 but less than 200 grams of methamphetamine. 32 year old Reginald Eugene Johnson of Gilmer was sentenced to 20 years in prison. He will begin serving that sentence after he completes his previous sentence in Camp County. Johnson had been arrested by a TPWD game warden.
