Gladewater Man Charged With Sex Offenses In Smith County

Bond has been set at $500,000 by a Smith County Justice of the Peace for a Gladewater man facing multiple counts of sex crimes against children. Authorities accused 39-year-old Joseph Rodriguez of two counts of sexual assault of a child, two counts of indecency with a child through sexual contact and one count of indecency with a child by exposure.
