Higgins kindergarten class wins bag collection for Downtown Food Pantry

Bailee Ray’s kindergarten class at Higgins Elementary collected the most bags in January to win the campus pizza party.  During the campus competition, Ray’s students collected 1,156 plastic grocery bags to donate to the Downtown Food Pantry.
