High Court Denies Texas Death Row Inmate’s Appeals

The U.S. Supreme Court will not review a ruling made about the conviction and death sentence of Andre Lee Thomas. Grayson County convicted him of murdering a child in Sherman in 2004. While in the county jail, Thomas cut out one of his eyes, and they ruled him incompetent to stand trial, later reversing that finding too competent.
