Sulphur Springs Police attempted to stop a vehicle on Como Street for failing to yield the right-of-way and stop at a designated stopping point, but the driver sped away, and a pursuit ensued. The chase ended at Putnam Street when the vehicle wrecked out. The suspect, Rashad Oneal “Shad” Hall, attempted to run away but was captured and charged with Evading and having no driver’s license.
