Hopkins County arrested 24-year-old Jessica Joe Farrell for possession of more than four but less than 200 grams of a controlled substance. She was also charged with driving without a license. No bond has been set.

Hopkins County jailed 35-year-old Brandy Jamaal Gaines for Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $5,000.
Officials arrested 37-year-old Anthony Wayne Dugan Sunday for Violating his Probation for Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear. He was also charged on a Lubbock warrant on a Capias warrant for child support. Bond on the Child Support charge was set at $5,700.
