Hopkins County Coronavirus Update 10.27.20

Hopkins County-Sulphur Springs Emergency Management reported 18 new COVID cases Tuesday and no recent recoveries. There are now 626 cumulative cases since testing began and 427 total recoveries, and there are currently 199 active cases and 11 people in the COVID Unit of Christus Mother Frances Hospital Sulphur Springs. Twenty-seven people have died of COVID related disease. The testing center located at 128-A Jefferson Street has performed a total of 2,129 COVID tests.
