Twenty-six patients are currently in the COVID Unit at Christus Mother Frances Hospital-Sulphur Springs. Hospital CEO Paul Harvey said there are extra beds now available for COVID patients. Those with other medical needs should not hesitate to call the hospital. CHRISTUS has requested that the state designate the hospital as a Hub for Northeast Texas because of the number of counties the hospital serves.
