Hopkins County Inmate Faces Additional Drug Charges

A Hopkins County inmate, already facing several felony drug charges and violation of parole, has had new charges added against him. As the result of an SCU investigation, 43-year-old Marty Lee Kays has now been charged on warrants for two more counts of felony possession of a controlled substance. He is being held without bond.
