Hopkins County Inter-Local Agreement With Rockwall County To House Inmates

The Hopkins County Commissioners Court has renewed an interlocal agreement with Rockwall County to house inmates arrested there at a cost of $45 a day. A similar agreement was approved with Prisoner Transport Company to house inmates in transit from one correctional facility to another.
