Hunt County Drowning Victim Identified

Hunt County authorities have identified the man who drowned in a pond near the 2900-block of I-30 as 30-year-old Alvin Deantwone Jones, of Greenville. The Campbell VFD, Cash VFD water rescue, AMR and Hunt County Deputies responded to the scene, and the man was found submerged in the water. Resuscitation was attempted but Jones was pronounced dead at the hospital.
