Hunt County Killer’s Conviction On Appeal

The Sixth Court of Appeals of Texarkana is considering the case of a Hunt County woman convicted of murdering an elderly retired Greenville businessman. Amber Rae Melton, of Caddo Mills, was sentenced to 60 years in prison for slaying 86-year-old Robert Carroll Younger. Younger’s body was found at the Forest Park Cemetery in July of 2014.
