Jarvis Christian University to Host The Big Homecoming 365 Impact Monday and Tuesday, Sponsored by Wells Fargo
THE BIG HOMECOMING 365 IMPACT will authentically celebrate the culture of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) Monday and Tuesday, March 20 and 21, on the Jarvis Christian University campus in Hawkins, Texas. Wells Fargo sponsors the event to provide a full day of professional development seminars and creative engagement with students to provide financial literacy, investment, and generational wealth-building strategies. Celebrity guests include Grammy Award Winner Amir Windom, Actor/Singer Reed Jackson, and Actor/Philanthropist Dr. Lamman Rucker. Media interviews are available on both days. We invite the public to attend Tuesday.
Grammy Award Winner Amir Windom and Actor/Singer Reed Shannon will conduct a CONVO series with Jarvis students at 10:30 a.m. On Monday, he will visit classes in the Meyer Auditorium to discuss leadership, financial literacy, scholarships, internships, and other valuable information.
Tuesday, the public is invited to participate from 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in THE BIG HOMECOMING 365 IMPACT schedule of events with Actor and Philanthropist Lamman Rucker, with scholarships, giveaways, job interviews, and fireside chats.
