Jury Selected For NE Texas Murder Trial

A 12 person jury plus two alternates have been selected in New Boston to hear the  Capital Murder trial of 39-year-old Billy Joel Tracy. Tracy is an inmate at the Telford State Prison Unit and is accused of beating to death 47-year-old corrections officer Timothy Davison. Testimony in the trial is set to begin October 23. Tracy faces a possible death penalty if he’s convicted.
