KOYN Mom of the Week June 17th

Our Mom of the Week is Lezlie Carrell nominated by Courtney Harbison who said…..My mother is an amazing mom to my sister and I, and amazing wife to my father, and a wonderful “Mamie” to our children. I can not explain how difficult it must be to juggle all three and excel in all areas. She is loving, caring, beautiful inside and out, and ALWAYS there for each and everyone of us. She is the ROCK to our family. Her favorite saying is “Bloom where you are planted”. She lives by this and makes the best of each and every situation our family had encountered. I know people say you should not be best friends with your parents, but when you have a mom like mine, she can manage to be both my best friend and a wonderful mother figure at the same time. She has been there thru many situations and I wanted to take this time to maker her aware of this. I literally could not imagine life without her.  Thank you Mom for being the best friend I’ve ever had. Even My best friends Megan and Jennifer think of her as a second mother. I am blessed to be your baby girl and thank God for you each day. I love you Momma!
