Reno police stopped a car for speeding in the 6300 block of Lamar Road and learned the driver did not having an operator’s license. A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up 7 small baggies of marijuana and 19 year old Clinterius Franklin was arrested for driving without a license and possession of marijuana. A passenger, 20 year old Xavier Booker was charged with possession of marijuana and outstanding warrants out of the Paris PD.
