Officers arrested a man Sunday morning after he led Van Zandt County law enforcement on a high-speed chase while throwing drugs out the window. Reportedly, 37-year-old Carl Fulton ended up crashing his car, which burst into flames. Fulton only sustained minor injuries and was charged with evading arrest, possession of drugs, and parole violation. Authorities say the chase began at a Whataburger in Canton.
