Marshall Man Jailed In Daingerfield

Seven agencies worked on and arrested a Marshall man in Daingerfield on a child sexual abuse case. Cameron Payton, 21, was booked into the Morris County Jail for sexual assault of a child and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle. Marshall PD, the Joint Harrison County Violent Crime and Narcotics Task Force, the Harrison County Sheriff’s Office, Daingerfield PD, the Morris County Sheriff’s Office, and Texas DPS CID were investigating the case.
