An East Texas woman who allegedly injected her daughter with unneeded insulin is facing charges in Anderson and Tarrant counties. Reportedly, 36-year-old Ellen Corrine Rupp-Jones, of Frankston, was indicted in Anderson County for two counts of injury to a child with the intention of bodily harm, two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and one count of exploitation of a child. She also created a fraudulent fundraising account for her daughter.
