Mother Stabbs 4-Year-Old Daughter To Death

Harris County charged Laquita Lewis, 34, of Houston, with capital murder. Officials are accusing her of stabbing Fredricka Allen, her four-year-old daughter, to death. Lewis left her in the bedroom to die after an argument with the child’s dad. Lewis left the apartment, was involved in a car wreck and texted an apology to the family from the hospital what she had done.
